Die hier angelegten Salinen helfen mit ihrem Salz bei der Weiterverarbeitung der Fische. Eine Spezialit\u00e4t der Gegend, Mojama de Atun, getrockneter Thunfisch, wird hier hergestellt. Im Fabrikshop der Firma haben wir Thunfisch in verschiedenen Variationen f\u00fcr unser Weihnachtsessen eingekauft.
